The Ground Floor is ideal to organise meetings, cocktails, exhibitions, vernissages, workshops, etc. There is direct access to the terrace and the garden from the ground floor, as well as to the kitchenette.

To protect the vintage parquet, this floor cannot be rented for dance or sport classes.
